How we handle your dataThousands of live UK jobs
We pull adverts from job boards and employers’ own sites across the UK, so you’re checked against what’s actually open right now. Your CV is never sent to any of them.
Questions, answered plainly.
What does Constellation actually do?
You upload your CV once. It's turned into a list of facts - what you've done, what you can do, what you're qualified in - and every live UK advert we find is scored against those facts. You see the roles you can genuinely evidence, the proof behind each match, and the gaps. For any role, you can get a CV rebuilt to lead with what that employer asked for.
Will it apply for jobs on my behalf?
Not at the moment. It finds the roles and prepares a tailored CV, and you apply on the original advert. We're looking at ways to take more of the work off your hands, without sending anything in your name that you haven't seen first.
Does it make things up on my CV?
No. A tailored CV only reorders and rewords facts that came from your own CV. If you haven't done something, it isn't added.
Where do the jobs come from?
We pull thousands of live UK adverts from job boards and employers' own sites, refreshed every morning, and do all the matching on our side. Your CV and your name are never sent to a job board.
What happens to my CV?
The file you upload is read once and discarded. Its text is sent to Anthropic in the United States to pull out your facts - the one place it leaves the UK. Deleting your account removes your facts, your CVs and your login.
